It is up to you if you wish to work with a home health aide company or as an independent service provider. There are benefits to each work arrangement and you have to consider your own temperament before making the final decision. If you work as an independent service provider you will be responsible for paying your own taxes and providing your own medical care. If you are not good with budgeting this might not be the ideal situation for you. You must be fiscally responsible if you want to run your own business. If you cannot manage money well you should seriously consider working for a company and not dealing with that potential stress.
