The 3rd Annual Midwives Care Family Reunion Picnic
July 9, 2006 4:00 PM-8:00PM
Mt. Airy Forest: Stone Steps Pavilion

Come join us! We will be celebrating the past 20 years of relationships between our community and our midwives, as well as the birth of our new organization.

Jackie Gruer will present the vision of the new advocacy group. We have developed our mission statement and purposes (posted below) but have not yet found the perfect new name for our organization. That's where you come in! We will be taking recommendations for our new name at the picnic (or you can email us) and the winner will receive a special prize... so put on your thinking caps and come with great ideas!

We will also have members of our Board of Directors available to talk with you about future volunteer opportunities, so please stop by and sign up!

We are providing some burgers and vegetarian alternatives, as well as buns, condiments, and some basic drinks. We ask that you bring a casserole, salad, or desert to share. If you have any questions, please contact Gretchen Finniff at 513-288-5033 or send an email to gretchen.finniff@usbank.com.

There will be activities for the children.

Stone Steps Pavilion is Area 19 at Mt. Airy Forest. Enter the park from Colerain Ave. and turn left once you've entered the park. Look for Area 19 after going through the first roundabout. We will have more specific directions on our website soon. Click on News from the homepage: www.midwivescare.org

We look forward to a memorable event and particularly to seeing all of you!
